Jolene Adams | American Rose Society
Rose Chat Radio welcomes Jolene Adams incoming President of the American Rose Society. We'll be chatting with Jolene about the future of rose gardening in American and also about her plans as President of the ARS. You don't want to miss this exciting broadcast.
Jolene grows over 150 roses of all types - Climbers, OGRs, Minis and Minifloras, Hybrid Teas, Grandifloras, Floribundas, Polyanthas, Austins, Romanticas, Modern and Classic Shrubs. She lectures widely on computing issues, general gardening topics and on roses. She fell in love with roses as a teenager and hasn't gotten over it yet......
Mrs. Adams was intrumental in moving the ARS into the internet age having served on the Internet committe since its inception. She is an ARS Certified Master Rosarian, Horticultural Judge and Consulting Rosarian. She was the publisher of ARS & You a newsletter for Local Society Releations 2006-2009 She has also served in the following capacities at the ARS: Vice President - American Rose Society 2009-2012 ARS Executive Committee 2007-2012 Chair, ARS Bylaws Committee 2009-2012 Chair, ARS Socitey Relations Committee 2009-2012 Webmaster ARS.org 1995-2009
