National Volunteer Week - Herb Grasshof - San Jose Municipal Rose Garden

lIt's National Volunteer Week "National Volunteer Week, April 6-12, 2014, is about inspiring, recognizing and encouraging people to seek out imaginative ways to engage in their communities. It’s about demonstrating to the nation that by working together, we have the fortitude to meet our challenges and accomplish our goals." Points of Light This week Herb Grasshof volunteer extrodinare at the San Jose Municipal Rose Garden joins us to talk about his work at the garden and also how they recruit and train volunteers for projects at the garden. Herb has given over 1,300 hours of volunteer service working in this garden.
